Preparing for Your Service

Before We Arrive

A few quick preparation steps help us work safely, avoid delays, and give you the best possible results on service day.

🚗 Move Vehicles

Please move vehicles at least 15 feet away from the home so we have proper access and room to work safely.

🚫 Do Not Drive Over Hoses

Our hoses and lines may run around the property during service. Please do not drive over them at any time.

🌿 Protect Outdoor Items

Please move or cover delicate décor, furniture, planters, or valuables near the work area if needed.

💧 Water Access

Please make sure an outdoor water spigot is accessible and turned on prior to our arrival.

🪟 Close Windows & Doors

All windows and doors should be fully closed before service begins.

🐾 Secure Pets

Please keep pets safely indoors during the service for their safety and ours.

Window Cleaning Preparation

If your service includes exterior window cleaning, please ensure that all window screens are removed before we arrive so we can properly access and clean the glass.

What To Expect

Our team will arrive on time, complete a quick walkthrough if needed, and perform your service using professional equipment and safe cleaning methods. Surfaces may remain wet for a short time afterward, which is completely normal.

Important Notes

• Some stains such as rust, oxidation, or deep oil may not be fully removable.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage such as loose siding, cracked seals, or already-failed materials.
• Weather may affect scheduling, and we will communicate any changes if needed.
• Please allow time for all cleaned surfaces to fully dry after service.
